国連科学委員会へクレームのメール

国連科学委員会はUNSCEAR２０２０レポートのアウトリーチ（説明会＋意見交換会）を７月１９日から２２日まで予定通り実施するとしているが、１週間後に迫る中、未だにその内容、アジェンダを公開していない。

しかしながらUNSCEARは事務局長やレポートを執筆した一人、更に元総長の３人が来日し、初日の１９日には東京の日本人記者クラブで記者会見を実施するとの情報を得た。

そこで、以下のクレームを国連科学委員会の事務局長宛に送付した。

 

URGENT!!   URGENT!!  URGENT!!

Dear Ms. Borislava Batandjieva-Metcalf,

This is reminder again.

It seems that a press conference will be held at the Japan National Press Club in Tokyo on the 19th AM. Welcome to Japan.

However,there are many doubts and problems in the UNSCEAR2020 report.

Will UNSCEAR unilaterally hold a press conference with the same press content announced in March 2021 before exchanging views with citizens and scholars on these issues and doubts?

And why hasn't UNSCEAR announced the 19th, 20th, and 21st agenda yet?Is it the purpose of secretly conducting outreach (opinion exchange meeting) and creating only the record of holding it?

If UNSCEAR is an open organization, UNSCEAR should publicize the agenda of the discussion meeting to many citizens and academics as soon as possible.

I think it's a very sneaky and insane way, but what about it?

１９日のAMには東京の日本記者クラブでの記者会見を開催するようです。UNSCEAR２０２０レポートには多くの疑念や問題が内在していています。

これらの問題や疑念について市民や学者との意見交換を実施する前に、UNSCEARは一方的に２０２１年３月に発表したプレス内容と同じ内容の記者会見をしてしまうのでしょうか？

しかもUNSCEARは１９日、２０日、２１日のアジェンダを未だに発表していないのはなぜでしょうか？秘密裡にアウトリーチ（意見交換会）を実施し、開催したという実績だけをつくる事が目的なのでしょうか？

UNSCEARがオープンである組織というなら、UNSCEARは多くの市民・学者に１日でも早く意見交換会のアジェンダについて公表すべきです。

非常に卑劣で非常識なやり方のように思いますが、如何でしょうか？

If the outreach Agenda is decided and released on HP, please contact us by email as soon as possible.We would be grateful if you could answer the following questions.

1. Where will the events be held on the 19th, 20th and 21st?

2.  Is the holding time about 3 hours a day?

3. Please allow at least 1.5 hours for questions and answers and exchange of opinions.

4. Is it a simultaneous interpreter?

5. Do you accept pre-questions?

6. Is Agenda in Iwaki City different from Agenda in other venues?

7.The name of “outreach”  should be changed to the meeting for discussion.
